**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and streamline production processes while maintaining our ISO-certified standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff and department heads.
- Ensure that product quality meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Oversee procurement of fabric and materials from reputable mills.
- Drive cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, report on operational performance, and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a General Manager or similar role in the têxtile/garment manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of production management, supply chain logistics, and fabric sourcing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO certifications and quality control processes.
- Experience working with fiber-dyed fabrics and reputed têxtile mills is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
