The Retail Bakery Unit Counter Sales role involves providing exceptional customer service at the bakery counter, taking orders, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the bakery team. Preferred qualifications include retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of bakery products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers, provide product information.
- Accurately take and process customer orders.
- Display and maintain bakery products attractively.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Upsell products and monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the bakery team and address customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a bakery or food-related setting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of bakery products and attention to detail.
