**Job Overview**

ELAN is the educational loan division of KC Overseas Education Pvt Ltd, specializing in financing solutions for students pursuing international studies. As a Loan Officer, the role involves establishing and expanding the ELAN Education Loans brand in the assigned region. This includes building strategic alliances with local study-abroad consultants and partnering with Nationalized banks, Pvt Banks and NBFCs to enhance loan accessibility. Additionally, this role requires developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive new business growth for ELAN vertically.
- Visit the offices of KC Associate Partners to convert and onboard new associate’s month by month for the Education Loan (Elan) vertical, securing signed agreements.
- Visiting and taking follow-ups from Partner Offices and Associates for new lead generation.
- Actively participate in organizing and conducting the Elan loan events to ensure brand awareness, leads generation and building alliances.
- Coordinate and maintain good and healthy relationships with the banks, the existing associates and new associates on-board, by resolving all their grievances and getting them sorted in coordination with the Head office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nationalized banks, including Branch Managers, RACPC offices, RBOs, and Nodal Officers, to ensure smooth loan file processing.
- Follow up with banks on students' loan file status and ensure timely processing and resolution of any issues
- Ensure associate partners/students are kept informed of their loan file status and assist with any pending documentation or requests from Credit Managers or Bank Executives.
- Provide complete training about ELAN and the process to the new associates / joiners within your region.
- Analyzing the present market scenario of your region / zone and implementing the new different marketing strategies for increasing the Elan business.
- Co-ordinating with the Elan Head office team for associates, loan cases, and events scheduled daily basis.
- Send daily / weekly / Monthly reports to the Reporting Manager.
- Graduate or MBA in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in Edtech Industry, NBFCs or the banking sector.
- Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory on a daily basis.
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
