**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and energetic **Field Sales Representative** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers in the field to promote and sell our products/services. Your primary focus will be building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit potential and existing customers to present products/services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Identify new sales leads and convert them into customers
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve products and services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a field sales or similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in [insert relevant industry, e.g., retail, technology, healthcare, FMCG]
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
