**Job Title**: Shift Incharge **Department**: Production / Manufacturing **Reports To**: Assistant Manager **Location**: Pithampur **Shift**: Rotational shift **Position Overview**: The Main Operator is responsible for overseeing and operating the machinery and production lines involved in the manufacturing of diapers. This role ensures smooth operation, quality control, troubleshooting, and safety adherence throughout the production process. The Main Operator works closely with the production team to meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality and minimizing downtime. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -** - Responsible for optimum asset utilization and maximum production with minimum wastage. - Responsible for Maintaining basic standard condition of machine to run process smoothly & to ensure product quality as per standards - Responsible for Line clearance are completed after every grade / Size change. - Responsible for Proper operation of the Assets as well as running the equipment at the target speeds. - Responsible for continuously ensuring and correcting process as per observations & feedbacks received from Quality. - Responsible for Achieve production targets for shift, maintain product quality parameters & waste target - Responsible for Optimum utilization of all raw materials. - Responsible for Preventive and Breakdown maintenance, work on CAPA to reduce quality defects - Responsible for Shift production Target and ISO compliance - Responsible for production reconciliation. - Responsible for “Safety" Practices & Norms are followed to achieve ZERO accidents/ Incidents. - Responsible for 5S & housekeeping is as per company GMP standards. AUTHORITIES: Authorize to - Stop the machine for any deviation from specification. - Approve leaves of Production team. - Train the team based on relevant topics. - Conduct RCA and CAPA meeting. - Production daily morning meeting. **Working Conditions**: - Fast-paced and high-pressure production environment. - Work may involve standing for long periods and repetitive tasks. - May involve exposure to noise, machinery, and raw materials. - Shift work, including nights and weekends, may be required based on production schedules. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay **Experience**: - total e: 4 years (required) Work Location: In person
