Supervise all on-site packing operations Ensure efficient manpower deployment as per project requirements Monitor daily production and packaging targets ensuring quality and timelines are met Coordinate with clients vendors and internal teams for smooth workflow Ensure strict adherence to safety quality and operational SOPs Maintain site documentation including daily reports attendance and incident logs Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure site efficiency and discipline Resolve on-ground issues related to labor material and equipment Report progress to senior management regularly Stores Incharge Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials Implement FIFO LIFO inventory methods as per product type Ensure timely material availability for uninterrupted operations Verify stock levels and raise indents reorders proactively Coordinate with the procurement team for inventory replenishment Ensure proper storage labeling and safety of materials in the warehouse Conduct regular stock audits and submit reports Manage documentation like GRN issue slips stock registers etc Prevent pilferage loss and damage to materials Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the stores area Key Skills Required Strong leadership and people management skills Inventory and warehouse management expertise Good communication and coordination abilities Proficient in MS Office and inventory software e g Tally ERP Knowledge of packing operations and materials handling Familiarity with safety norms and compliance standards Educational Qualification Graduate Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain or any relevant field Experience 5 years of experience in contract packing industrial stores management Prior experience in steel coil or plastic consumables packing preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
