**Responsibilities**:
**Senior UI/UX Designer**

Location: Hyderabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, SMEs and developers to gather and analyze requirements.
- Convert complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and functional designs.
- Ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, innovative, and interactive designs across different devices and platforms.
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Ensure accessibility, SEO-friendly design, and usability best practices.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documents.

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Expertise in any of the tools like Axure/Figma/XD, Miro and other relevant design tools.
- Able to work in an Agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Using Git for version control.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexible in timings and remote work capabilities.
- Preferable having experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developing basic static re-usable UI components.
- Good to have experience with Angular & React.js for creating reusable components.**Keys to Success**:
