**Training Needs Assessment**:Identify and analyze training requirements for personnel, including induction, core, and specialized learning programs.
- **Curriculum Development**:Design, plan, and develop security training programs based on identified needs, ensuring they are cost-effective and impactful.
- **Training Delivery**:Oversee the delivery of security training, including conducting training sessions, facilitating discussions, and providing guidance to trainees.
- **Evaluation and Assessment**:Conduct competency-based evaluations, assess training effectiveness, and provide feedback for program improvement.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Prepare training reports, maintain records of training activities, and provide data for ongoing program evaluation.
- **Emergency Response**:Provide training on emergency response protocols, evacuation procedures, first aid, and CPR.
- **Security Management Planning**:Assist in developing and implementing security management plans, including the development of security policies and procedures.
- **Patrol Methods**:Train security personnel on effective patrol methods, including route selection, observation skills, and threat assessment.
- **Personnel Security**:Provide training on personnel security matters, including security clearances, background checks, and security awareness.
- **Assessment**:Conduct regular assessments of security personnel to identify areas where additional training may be needed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
