**Position: Project Associate - Mobilization and Empowerment of Adolescent Girls**
- Location: Patna with Extensive Travel in Selected Districts of Bihar_

**Summary**:
The Project Associate for Adolescent Girls' Mobilization and Empowerment will oversee the coordination and implementation of Nirantar's project in specific Bihar districts. The role entails planning, executing, and monitoring project activities for quality and timeliness, with support from district and head office teams. Close collaboration with other thematic associates in the Patna office is crucial.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:

- Oversee the overall coordination and implementation of the Adolescent Girls’ mobilization and empowerment project in seven Bihar districts.

**Support and Mentorship**:

- Provide support and mentor partner federations in developing and executing creative approaches for girls’ empowerment.

**Capacity Building**:

- Offer ongoing mentoring, hand-holding, and capacity-building support to field teams engaged in forming and strengthening adolescent girls’ groups.

**Reviews and Assessments**:

- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments, proposing effective strategies for project implementation.

**Learning Material Development**:

- Conduct resource and learning material needs assessments for Adolescent Girls’ Groups. Develop, co-create, and curate the same.

**Partnerships and Networking**:

- Build partnerships and networks with relevant local stakeholders and knowledge partners.

**Training Module Development**:

- Develop modules and conduct training for Field Mobilizers.

**Documentation and Impact Assessment**:

- Periodically document impact and gather success stories from the work with adolescent groups under the project.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Preferably Post Graduate in social sciences, social work, or related fields from a recognized University or Institute.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with girls and women’s collectives at the grassroots.
- Proficient in Hindi and functionally knowledgeable in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online meeting platforms.
- Strong documentation skills in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively, a minimum of 10 days per month in the field.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
