Hiring Public Policy and Government Relations Executive

Lohum Cleantech is a vertically integrated lithium-ion battery lifecycle company dedicated to the cause of bringing about a circular energy economy. We operate across multiple geo-strategically important industries. We have the capacity to recycle 1 GWh, reuse 300 MWh, and dismantle 300 MWh worth of batteries. Each of these capacities is going to grow by about 20x in the next 3 years.

We are working to solve the critical sustainability problem of access to battery raw materials like lithium, cobalt, nickel for India.

What will you be doing?

1. Tracking policies globally in areas that might be of interest to Lohum - energy, chemicals, battery, automotive, manufacturing

2. Analyzing existing regulations and policies

3. Preparing briefs for the relevant teams in the company

4. Collecting inputs from the relevant internal and external stakeholders for industry consultations

5. Preparing data and documents to be shared with government entities

6. Management of communication with various government entities

7. Publishing papers and articles. Representing Lohum at conferences and industry fora

**Requirements**:
1. Good grounding in basics of policy, law, economics

2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. At least basic proficiency in Hindi

3. Some exposure to energy/EV/mining industry is a bonus but not strictly required

You'll be a key member of the team. There will be cross-functional exposure and regular interaction with senior folks. Opportunity to track the entire EV battery value chain up close at one of the most innovative startups in the country.

This is an on-site role. You will work from our offices in Greater Noida.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
