**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Field Sales Executive** to join our team specializing in the automotive aftermarket spare parts industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with customers, and expanding the company's market presence within your assigned territory. Your deep knowledge of automotive spare parts and the aftermarket industry will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Growth**: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for automotive aftermarket spare parts.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Identify and onboard new customers, including workshops, dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Intelligence**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the automotive aftermarket sector.
- **Promotions and Presentations**: Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting how they meet specific needs.
- **Route Planning**: Create and maintain an efficient schedule to maximize client visits and sales opportunities.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order placement, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of spare parts.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to report product performance and potential areas for improvement to the sales and product teams.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market conditions; submit regular sales reports to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
