**Job Title: IT Executive**

**Location: Anjanapura, Bangalore**

**Number of Requirement: - 1**

**Salary: - 3,60,000/- to 4,80,000 PA**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, especially POS systems, network infrastructure, and other restaurant-specific technologies.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize disruptions to service.
- Ensure data integrity for inventory, sales, and customer information, often involving regular backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or cyber threats.
- Liaise with vendors for hardware, software, and other technology services, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, and revenue.
- Train restaurant staff on the effective use of new or existing technology systems to maximize productivity and compliance.
- Ensure that various technological systems, such as POS, inventory, and accounting, communicate effectively with each other.
- Manage the IT budget, making cost-effective decisions on technology purchases and upgrades.
- Ensure that all IT systems and practices comply with relevant data protection and health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, However, practical experience is essential and can substitute for a degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, with specific knowledge of POS systems and hardware networking.
- Gaining experience through catering, customer service, or a formal internship can provide a strong foundation.
- Capacity to think on your feet to address unexpected challenges, like equipment malfunctions or staff shortages.
- Dedication to providing an excellent guest experience and professionally handling any complaints.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
