**About the job role**:

- The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s technology vision, strategy, and execution.
- This position plays a crucial role in shaping the IT roadmap, ensuring that technology systems and strategies align with the company’s overall goals.
- The CIO will drive digital transformation initiatives, oversee the IT infrastructure, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions for business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Define and execute the company’s IT roadmap, including system upgrades, integrations and new technology implementations.
- Leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and business growth.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and prioritise technology initiatives that drive business value.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in IT governance and security.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department and across the organization.
- Managing IT budgets, resources and vendor relationships to regulate technology investments and performance

**Education Qualifications**:

- Smart graduate from a leading school, college, University with top marks/grades/ranks.
- Full-time degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field - from a reputed, premier institute.
- Overall strong academic credentials that reflect in your persona (PG, Masters preferred)
- Strong interest in IT and technology industries
- Demonstrable experience as a CIO/CTO/IT Director or similar IT leadership roles, with 10+ years in IT management. Proven experience in managing large-scale IT operations & teams.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving technology innovation in a multi-location environment, in a large organization.
- Expertise in strategic IT planning, IT governance and enterprise system management.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with

senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Relevant certification in IT management, such as Certified Information Systems Security

Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Technology Manager (CITM).
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of industry trends & their implications on

technology. Ability to drive change, lead cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of current IT technologies, systems, and tools (e.g., On-prem v/s Cloud solutions, AI, data analytics, ERP, etc.).
- Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and practices.
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for technology in India & US.
