**Job Description**:
**Technical Skills**

**Must Have**:

- Strong knowledge on designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
- Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams
- Experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps Model Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and business process automation.
- Development experience using Microsoft stack (.NET/C#/SQL Server)
- Development experience on JavaScript, jQuery, Plugin, PCF Control, liquid code
- Experience in implementing and using other data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists)
- Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform solutions.
- Good exposure and integration knowledge on D365 and Azure Cloud(Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Function, Web Hook, Web Service API, Key Vault, Logic Apps, AAD, App Insight)
- Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional Requirements along with opportunities on ML models.
- Good experience on reporting platform using PowerBI, Azure Data Explorer.
- Creating technical and functional design for D365 and Power Apps.
- Strong data migration and integration capabilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in ADO(GitHub) teams.
- Experience integrating PowerApps solutions with APIs or third-party solutions.
- Strong communication and Soft Skills.
- Assist in building technology standards and technical guidelines for Power Platform for Worley.
- Plan, design, estimate, develop, and implement D365 and Power Platform solutions based on established patterns and best practices,
- Working with team and review their code along with providing guidelines and coding suggestions.
- Expertise on working with development teams as well as directly with customers.
- Validate technical deliverables developed by the Digital team for Power Platform projects, conduct design and code review.
- Good troubleshooting skills on Power Platform and D365 environment.
- Must have capabilities to handle configuration, customization on Application, Platforms, Components, Processes. Etc.
- Lead technical development teams, take ownership of deliverables and be responsible for the technical quality of the team’s output, enforcing standards.
- Liaise with the Business Analysts to understand business requirements and develop solution design for projects.
- Be a trusted technology adviser to our stakeholders as well as your colleagues.
