We are hiring a Senior Developer MSD365 for one of our clients **MNC.**

Exp - 5-8 years

Location: Bangalore or Chandigarh

**Job Type**: 6 months + ext (C2H)

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Implement and Configure**: Lead and participate in the full implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, including system configuration, data migration, and process optimization.
- **Business Process Improvement**: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend and implement improvements.
- **Training and Support**: Provide end-user training and support, developing training materials and resources as needed. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- **Security Management**: Manage role-based security, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Develop and customize reports and dashboards within Dynamics 365 to meet business intelligence and reporting needs.
- **Upgrades and Maintenance**: Oversee upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations for Dynamics 365 ERP Online. Ensure mínimal downtime and service disruption.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides, technical documentation, and process flow diagrams.

Qualifications:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 ERP Online configuration and customization.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Knowledge of SQL,.NET, JavaScript, C#, and X++ (preferred).
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud services is a plus.
