The Solutions team is an expert team of Microsoft architects, developers, and engineers aiming to develop and maintain business asset management solutions for the bigger Client's Renewables team. The solutions team's focus area is to centralize the asset data pool and create automated processes and solutions aimed at increasing electricity production, reducing operational costs and increasing energy sale revenue of renewable assets. Additionally, the Solutions Team is managing its own dedicated Office365, Power Platform, Dynamics, and Azure tenants. The internal team is in close weekly collaboration with external partners such as Microsoft solution architects and technology startups to accelerate the development.

As a Dynamics 365 Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. **Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customer support queries, logged via our online Solutions portal support system
- Taking ownership of support issues and managing them through to closure
- Research issues, implement fixes & document case resolution
- Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet agreed Service Level Agreements
- Keeping the customer informed as to the progress of the ticket
- Escalate queries to Development & Business Consultants as required
- Able to make minor improvements
- Support strong customer relationship management
- Support project delivery team with Quality Assurance activities and transition of the project to ongoing support post-go live.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of recent hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 support.
- X++ development experience and following D365 Finance and Operations best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 8 years (required)
- Maintenance: 4 years (required)
- Payroll: 2 years (preferred)
