*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Translation:* Translate written documents, audio recordings, or spoken conversations from Bengali to English and vice versa while maintaining the context, tone, and meaning.

2. *Proofreading:* Review and proofread translated materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, and proper cultural context.

3. *Cultural Sensitivity:* Understand the cultural nuances of both languages to provide culturally appropriate translations.

4. *Research:* Conduct research to ensure accurate terminology and references for specialized topics.

5. *Collaboration:* Work closely with the team, including writers and editors, to ensure that translated content aligns with the company's standards.

6. *Meeting Deadlines:* Manage and prioritize translation tasks to meet project deadlines.

*Qualifications:*
- Proficiency in Bengali and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as a translator or a relevant degree in translation or linguistics.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the cultural context of both languages.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
