**Position**: Emotional Storyteller, Content Architect & Narrative Writer (Bilingual)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly creative and emotionally intelligent writer who can take rich recorded Bengali content (delivered in the context of parenting and neurodevelopmental transformation) and shape it into a compelling English book manuscript. The goal is to create a work that is equal parts logical framework, emotional journey, and transformational guidance—targeted at parents, caregivers, and change-makers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Listen to and transcribe/translate recorded Bengali sessions
- Create an English manuscript that captures both the **essence** and the **emotion** of the recordings
- Restructure material into a **logical, chapter-based format**:

- Insert frameworks, stories, metaphors, and examples for clarity
- Co-develop visual or conceptual models (if needed) to support content
- Iterate with the author (you) regularly for alignment
- Optional: Help develop Bengali translation for the final manuscript

**Must-Have Background**:

- Proven experience in **book writing, content development**, or ghostwriting
- Strong **command of both Bengali and English**:

- Exposure to **transformational themes**, **psychology**, **education**, **parenting**, or **personal development**:

- Experience handling audio/video-based source material
- Excellent editorial and structural thinking

**Bonus if they have**:

- Published works (ghostwritten or under own name)
- Experience working with public figures, educators, or speakers
- A sensitivity to neurodiversity, therapy, or emotional well-being
