Job brief

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to complaints from customers/clients and coordinate with after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in an electronic form.
- Handle the processing of all enrolments and re-enrolments with accuracy and assigning them coach (based on client’s assessment) to start their program within the timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and keep on updating the team as well.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material/events for the company.
- Handle social media queries regarding our programs and assisting them to enrol.
- Maintain client’s data and do data analysis.
- Go the - Extra mile - to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your reporting manager.

- The ability to demonstrate the capability to hit and exceed targets
- Professional phone manner with a consultative approach
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion with personal and confidential information

Requirements/Qualification
- Proven experience in sales or relevant environment, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Certification in sales or marketing and interest in fitness will be an asset
- Bachelor’s degree required

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
