**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate located in Bengaluru. The Operations Associate will support the operations team in day-to-day tasks such as coordinating and scheduling appointments, managing customer complaints and requests, and analyzing data to support the operations team. The Operations Associate will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing records and documents, as well as communicating with other departments within the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Scrutiny and uploading of medical reports based on the Quality Check checklist
- Medical Report Follow-up from the Diagnostic Centers
- Grievance Handling in report error
- Daily follow
- up with the medical centres for dispatch of medical reports
- To send daily Show/ No
- Show modifications to Status Team,
- To update medical status in the system -Show/ No
- Show
- Follow up with the diagnostic centres for any query received from Corporate and closure of same within agreed TAT
- To ensure medical reports TAT targets are met month on month.
- Effective coordination with internal departments ( like Call Centre, QC Team, Billing Team, other location Branches)
- Ensure all queries related to Corporate/diagnostic centers are handled effectively
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in operations or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience with data analysis, project management, and process improvement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
