- **Quick learner** - can understand your product range and sales process fast.**Key Responsibilities Area will**1. **Sales Team Coordination 1.** Maintain weekly/monthly calendars and ensure the sales team is aligned on tasks and targets. 2. Set up and follow through on daily/weekly check-ins with the sales team. 3. Keep track of leads, follow-ups, closures, and help identify where support is needed.2. **CRM & Data Management 1.**Ensure the CRM is updated with all client interactions, site visits, samples shared, etc. 2. Generate and share sales performance reports weekly and monthly.**3.Incentive and Target Tracking 1.**Maintain dashboards for targets vs. achievements. 2. Assist in rolling out incentive structures and calculate payouts accurately.4. **Training & Onboarding 1.**Help onboard new salespeople — set up product training, shadowing, and territory familiarization. 2. Maintain a library of product info, client success stories, case studies, and training materials5. **Customer Coordination (Back-End Support) 1.**Ensure timely generation of quotes, sample dispatches, follow-up calls, etc 2.Act as a liaison between the sales team and back-office (including logistics & accounts).6. **Escalation Handling**:

- Track customer complaints related to the sales process and ensure closure.
- CRM update accuracy: 95%+
