**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day site activities including construction, repair, and maintenance works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
- Enforce site safety regulations and conduct regular safety checks.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily site reports and submit progress updates to management.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate major concerns when required.
- Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site in varying conditions.
- **Ex-servicemen with supervisory/technical backgrounds will be given preference.**
