**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Doing Inbound and Outbound calls and SMS daily.

**Qualifications**
- Maximum Qualification: Graduates (Any specialization)
- Experience: 6 months to 2 year

**Languages Required**

English and Hindi along with any one of the mandatory additional languages like Telugu, Kannada and Marathi.

**Salary**

The pay scale of Tele caller depends on the industry type and with the increase in the experience they can expect the salary hike. Apart from salaries incentives are the additional benefits given to the executive depending on the company.

**Permanent work from home**

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
