Sales Officer

**Job Designation: Field Sales Executive (Less than 3 months Experience or Fresher)**

Qualification: 10th/Intermediate/Degree (Minimum age: 18 years)

Job Location: All over Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

**Requirements**:
Must have an Android Mobile.

**Annual CTC**:
For cities: ₹2,52,000 per annum (equivalent to ₹21,500 monthly salary)

After deductions for ESI, PF, Health Insurance, and HRA**:Take-home salary is ₹16,200/month**

For rural areas: ₹1,87,000 per annum

After deductions for ESI, PF, Health Insurance, and HRA: Take-home salary is ₹13,500/month

**Performance Incentives**:
Additional performance incentives up to ₹1,44,000 annually based on beat visits and sales targets.

Mode of Interview: Virtual or Face-to-Face, depending on the location

**Job Role**:
**1. Revisits**:
Visit merchants who are not using PayTM QR codes and convince them to continue using the service.You will earn 0.5 "beat visits" points per successful revisit.

**2. Onboarding**:
Take responsibility for installing PayTM sound boxes in shops, ensuring the process is completed successfully.You will earn 3 "beat visits" points for each completed installation.

**3. Loans**:
Explain PayTM's loan offerings to merchants, focusing on how the loans are customized to meet their business needs. These loans can help merchants with inventory purchases, business expansion, and other operational expenses.You will earn 4 "beat visits" points for each successful loan explanation.

**Pre-approved Loans**:
PayTM offers pre-approved loans based on the merchant’s transaction history. These loans require mínimal documentation, ensuring fast disbursement to meet urgent business needs.

**4. *PayTM Health Insurance**:
Explain PayTM’s health insurance plans to merchants, highlighting key benefits:

- Comprehensive coverage for hospitalization, surgeries, and treatments.
- Cashless treatment at a network of hospitals.
- Affordable premiums and easy enrollment through the PayTM app.
- Merchants can purchase and manage policies with mínimal paperwork.

**PayTM Shop Insurance**:
Explain PayTM’s shop insurance, which covers businesses against damages due to fire, theft, natural disasters, and more. It also protects inventory and other valuable shop assets.
- Merchants benefit from affordable premiums and a simple claims process.
- This insurance ensures both the shop owner’s health and business assets are protected.

**5. EDC Machine (PayTM Swipe Machine)**:
Promote and sell the PayTM swipe machine (EDC - Electronic Data Capture) to shops, supermarkets, and other businesses that require card payment acceptance.You will earn 30 "beat visits" points for each machine sold.

**Additional Job Requirements**:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to clearly explain PayTM benefits to merchants.
- Understanding of market trends.
- Onboarding merchants into the PayTM portal and generating QR codes for transactions.
- Explain PayTM’s benefits to merchants, including loans, insurance, etc.
