- Work with program lead to manage key supplier performance parameters through KPI monitoring and reporting
- Identify and collate sources of information internally or externally on Supplier Intelligence and performance
- Complete standard operating procedures in the area of Supplier performance management, Supplier relationship management & obligation management, and interpret data for meaningful inferences for Buyers (PM)
- Maintain records of supplier qualification, ratings, performance, feedback to establish and report trends
- Be the point of contact for supplier performance and ensure knowledge is up to date on new processes and ways of working
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's
- Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work

**Qualifications**
- Good understanding of

1) Procurement process; supplier performance & relationship management
2) Procurement e-suites (like Ariba & GEP)
3) Automation tools like macros
- Excellent data visualization & reporting skills
- Problem Solving; Strong Analytical Ability
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication
- Proficient in using MS Office Suites
- Planning, Organising & Prioritize work
- Stakeholder Management
- Logical Thinking
