About the role
I am responsible for managing, collating and interpreting supplier related data both internally and externally for logical
interpretation of supplier performance and relationship management with an intention to drive improvements.
You will be responsible for
- Work with program lead as SME to develop & manage key supplier performance parameters and forms to collect
information
- Identify and collate sources of information internally or externally on Supplier Intelligence
- Complete standard operating procedures in the area of Supplier performance management, Supplier relationship
management and consequence management, and interpret data for meaningful inferences for Buyers
- Monitor non-compliance and risk elements through regular assessments, preferably using automation, of supplier
performance and other parameters like supplier innovations to report improvements, non-compliance, adverse performance, relationship and issues that could have an adverse impact to Tesco
Maintain records of supplier qualification, ratings, performance, feedback- to establish and report trends
Coordinate with Suppliers, Legal, Contracts, Sourcing and other partners as necessary to ensure data and feedback
- Understand supplier change requests, hierarchy, organization, query reports etc.
- Provides feedback to Buyers and Supplier admin team on off/on boarding, blacklisting, continuation, renewal criteria
- Assist in identification and mitigation of supplier risk on multiple levels and develop risk assessment program
- Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
- Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team
You will need
- Good understanding of procurement process, supplier
performance & relationship management.
- Experience in procurement e-suites (like Fusion & GEP); automation tools like macros.
- Any Bachelor's Degree/ Chartered Accountancy /
LLB/M.COM/MBA
- 6 to10 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent data visualization & reporting skills
- Problem Solving, Strong Analytical Ability
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication
- Proficient in using MS Office Suites
- Planning & Organising
- Stakeholder Management
