**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in developing proposals, quotations, and presentations for corporate gifting clients.
- **Client Coordination**: Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Order Management**: Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage order tracking.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with clients for feedback and repeat business opportunities.
- **Database Management**: Maintain an organized client database, track leads, and monitor sales targets.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability and maintain accurate stock levels.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the corporate gifting, FMCG, or B2B sales industry.
- Speaking Hindi is an added advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Personal Attributes**: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
