**Job Title**:Junior Finance Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Ø Perform financial data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records and transactions.

Ø Support the finance team in day-to-day financial operations, such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

Ø Collaborate with other team members to gather financial data and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Ø Help identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records and reports.

Ø Assist in maintaining and organizing financial documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Ø Conduct research and gather data to support financial analysis and decision-making processes.

Ø Assist in monitoring financial transactions and identifying potential risks or areas for improvement.

Ø Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to finance and accounting.

Ø Provide general administrative support to the finance team, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role, such as financial assistant, accounting clerk, or similar positions.

Ø Strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline is preferred.

Ø Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) and Tally.

Ø Solid understanding of basic financial concepts, including financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Ø Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.

Ø Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and present financial information.

Ø Ability to do multi task, prioritizes tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Strong organizational skills to manage financial documentation and maintain proper filing systems.

Ø High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
