**Key Responsibilities**: As a Primary Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher at Ruh Continuum School, you will:
**Curriculum Delivery**:

- Implement the Cambridge Pathway and IB curriculum in a creative and engaging manner.
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school's educational goals and standards.
- Foster a love for learning by creating a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment.

**Classroom Management**:

- Manage classroom behavior and address any disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.

**Student Assessment**:

- Conduct ongoing formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress.

- Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic and behavioural developments.

**Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians through regular meetings, newsletters, and conferences.

- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
