Job Summary:
The Principal serves as the instructional leader of the IB school, ensuring academic excellence, fostering a globally minded and inclusive school culture, and managing daily operations. This role involves guiding faculty, students, and stakeholders to uphold IB standards and achieve the school’s vision.

Responsibilities:
Ensure effective implementation and compliance with IB standards while fostering inquiry-based, interdisciplinary learning and critical thinking.

Drive student achievement by overseeing IB-specific assessments, such as internal assessments, extended essays, and Theory of Knowledge (TOK).

Recruit, mentor, and support teachers through ongoing IB training, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Maintain IB authorization and reauthorization by adhering to IB requirements and communicating with the IB Organization.

Build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the community to promote the school’s IB mission and vision.

Oversee budgets, allocate resources for IB programs, and ensure efficient school operations aligned with IB principles.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and globally minded environment that promotes respect, diversity, and holistic student development.

Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Education or Leadership (Doctorate preferred).

Experience: 15+ years teaching; 5+ years leadership.

Skills: Leadership, communication, data-driven decision-making.
