Pyp Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Management**: Oversee the PYP curriculum implementation, ensuring alignment with IB standards and guidelines.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with teachers to design and refine the curriculum, promoting interdisciplinary learning and inquiry-based approaches.
- **Professional Development**: Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for PYP staff, supporting best practices in teaching and learning.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop and implement assessment strategies that align with PYP principles, ensuring effective evaluation of student learning.
- **Student Support**: Work closely with students and families to promote a positive learning environment and support individual learning needs.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, and the IB Organization, providing updates and addressing inquiries related to the PYP.
- **Collaboration**: Foster a collaborative culture among faculty, encouraging teamwork and sharing of best practices across grade levels.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to IB policies and procedures, preparing for evaluations and accreditation processes as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- IB PYP training and experience in implementing the PYP framework.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum design.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and support educators.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
