**Urgent Hiring for Jr Booking Coordinator**

**Only Freshers are preferable.**

**Location: Kamela, Texttile Market, Surat**

**Experience: 6 months only(Freshers require)**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Jr. Booking Coordinator** who is fresher.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate and action queries as per requirements.
- Escalate queries and concerns to the relevant department/person.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for query management.
- Stay updated on hotel policies and changes.
- Focus on result-oriented work and meeting goals.
- Convert queries into bookings through effective follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of queries, bookings, and payment reminders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 6 Months of experience**.
- Any Graduation is preferable
- Strong understanding of ticketing, fare construction, and global travel policies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of airline policies and procedures is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
