**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Pre-Production & Shooting**
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project goals, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, to capture high-quality footage.
- Scout locations and manage shoot logistics (permits, schedules, etc.).
- Work directly with on-camera talent and manage the crew as needed.
- Ensure proper framing, exposure, and composition for all footage.

**Post-Production (Editing)**
- Import, organise, and manage video files and assets.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, colour correction, and motion graphics where needed.
- Maintain brand consistency and creative vision across all edits.
- Produce multiple video formats (horizontal, vertical, square) for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

**Creative & Technical Input**
- Offer creative ideas during concept development and scriptwriting phases.
- Stay current with video trends, storytelling styles, and platform-specific best practices.
- Advise on equipment, software, and process improvements to enhance production value.

**Project Management**
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Archive and back up video content in an organised manner.
- Communicate regularly with clients/stakeholders to provide progress updates and incorporate feedback.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
- Proficient in camera operation (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras).
- Strong knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Understanding of colour grading, audio editing, and video compression.
- Ability to work independently and with a creative team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
