We are presently hiring the below positions for our renowned international brand restaurant name Nara Thia Colaba,Mumbai:
**Assistant Bartender - fresher may also apply**

Set-up the bar, including but not limited to: daily cleaning of all bar areas, equipment, dishwasher, stock up fridges and stations, prepare mise en place prior the start of each shift.

Ensure the stations and the bar area are of utmost cleanliness throughout service.

Assist in setting up the bar for any special or private events as per briefing.

Attend to bar guests at all times, regularly providing feedback to Managers, ensuring every guest has received the brand experience and immediately inform Managers should a guest not be content **with their dining experience.**

Take the initiative to study and learn all menus and attend food and beverage training to understand the ingredients and cooking/creation method of each dish/beverage to be able to describe these to the guest when required.

Attend training session and read training notes to continually further your skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹12,190.01 - ₹20,827.24 per month
