**Accounts Management**: Handling basic accounting tasks.
- **Client Coordination**: Act as a central point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Client Meetings**: Scheduling and participating in client meetings, understanding their needs, and relaying feedback to the relevant teams.
- **Project Management Support**: Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- **Meeting Management**: Coordinating and scheduling internal and external (client) meetings, managing invitations, and ensuring smooth meeting flow.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with internal teams (developers, designers, marketing, etc.) to address client needs and facilitate efficient project execution.
- **Administrative Support**: Providing general administrative support to the team.

Qualifications and skills
- Proven experience in a role requiring client interaction and administrative support.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (a plus).
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
