Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes - Perform routine checks and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal functionality - Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve operational challenges - Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any deviations or issues - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation - Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Willingness to work in a team-oriented setting - Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus - Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment - Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices GMP or similar standards - Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and processes - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members -
