Perform batch packing activities including sorting and cleaning following Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices GMP - Operate and maintain packaging equipment ensuring proper setup and changeovers - Conduct in-process checks and maintain accurate documentation for batch operations - Support validation environmental monitoring and inspection activities - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste - Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets Qualifications Skills Basic Qualifications We are looking for candidates with - High School Certificate HSC SSC or Diploma in Engineering - Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures - Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications It s a plus if you have -
