**Position Summary**
Are you ready to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment? As a General Operative-II, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in our packaging department. You'll work closely with a supportive team, performing essential tasks to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will:
- Perform batch packing activities, including sorting and cleaning, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment, ensuring proper setup and changeovers.
- Conduct in-process checks and maintain accurate documentation for batch operations.
- Support validation, environmental monitoring, and inspection activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

**Qualifications/Skills**

**Basic Qualifications:**
We are looking for candidates with:
- High School Certificate (HSC/SSC) or Diploma in Engineering.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
It's a plus if you have:
- Technical knowledge of packaging equipment.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience with SAP or similar systems for production activities.

**Work Environment**
This role is on-site at our India facility. You'll work in a fast-paced production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.
