Position Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to GSK's operations in India. As a General Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of manufacturing processes while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work collaboratively with a team to support production activities, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety and compliance requirements. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any deviations or issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented setting.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar standards.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and processes.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.

This role is based on-site in India.
