**Architectural Draftsman (Male)**

Architectural Draftsman is vital in the field of architecture and construction. They are responsible for translating architectural designs and concepts into detailed technical drawings and plans. Working closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, Architectural Draftsmen play a crucial role in ensuring that the designs are accurately represented in the construction documents.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting**: Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software or traditional drafting methods.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and incorporate design changes into the drawings.
- **Accuracy**: Ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings to reflect the architect's vision and meet building codes and regulations.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain a comprehensive set of construction documents, including plans, schedules, and specifications.
- **Revision and Modification**: Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, clients, and regulatory authorities. Incorporate modifications and updates as needed throughout the design and construction process.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and construction techniques to produce drawings that are compliant and efficient.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with team members to clarify design intent and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the drafting process.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and solve potential design and construction challenges through creative problem-solving and collaboration with the project team.
- **Quality Control**: Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure consistency, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and milestones effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Diploma or degree in architecture, drafting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in architectural drafting or a similar role is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹38,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
