**Job Title**: Architectural Draftsman

**Qualifications**:Associate’s degree or diploma in Architectural Drafting, Engineering Technology

**Location**: Swargate, Pune

**Experience**: 01-02 Years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Interpret and translate architectural and engineering designs into accurate technical drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements.
- Revise and update plans as necessary based on client feedback and project changes.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and building codes.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure designs align with real-world conditions.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D modeling software.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
