Chennai Tamil Nadu, India LMES Academy Pvt.Ltd. Full time

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Demo Fixing Agent to join our sales team. You’ll play a key role in connecting with parents, students, and working professionals to schedule product demos for our academic programs. Your efforts will directly contribute to lead conversion and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Explain product offerings and benefits to generate interest and schedule demo sessions.
- Coordinate with the academic counselors or sales team for confirmed demo slots.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead details, call notes, and follow-up actions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly demo-fixing and conversion targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience during the first point of contact.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills (in English and regional languages - Tamil/Hindi preferred).
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or EdTech lead generation is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
