**Job description**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident **Product Demo Expert (Fresher)** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering live product demonstrations, explaining key features to potential clients, and supporting the sales and product teams. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology, communication, and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **live or virtual product demos** for prospective customers.
- Understand the product in detail and communicate its **features and benefits** clearly.
- Customize demonstrations based on client needs or use cases.
- Support the pre-sales process by handling queries and objections.
- Document customer feedback and share with the product and sales teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve demo content and scripts.
- Maintain a basic understanding of product updates and new features.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, IT, Marketing, or MBA.**:

- Strong **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Confidence in presenting or speaking in front of an audience.
- Interest in **technology, software products**, or SaaS platforms.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
