Job description

**Job Description**:

- Provide guidance and assistance to students facing academic, personal, or emotional challenges.
- Act as a point of contact for students in crisis and provide timely intervention and support.
- Collaborate with counseling services and relevant authorities to address urgent student needs.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of student care services.
- Maintain records of student care resources and update inventory as needed.
- Work closely with academic staff, counselors, and other relevant departments to address student concerns and ensure a holistic approach to student care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and interventions.
- Generate reports on student care activities and outcomes for management.
- Need good communication skills to handle student's query, request and complaint.
- Bachelor degree & good communication skills
- Good MS Excel Skills
- Good Typing Speed
- Good Writing skills
