**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study options abroad, including countries, universities, and courses.
- Assess students’ academic and professional backgrounds to recommend suitable programs.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Generate new leads through marketing activities, referrals, and events.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential students to meet enrollment targets.
- **Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve monthly and annual enrollment and revenue targets.
- Promote and sell additional services offered by the company, such as test preparation, visa assistance, and travel planning.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with team members to create and execute outreach strategies.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Keep accurate records of student interactions and maintain a database of leads and enrollments.
- Provide regular updates and reports on performance to management.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or management background preferred).
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or overseas consultancy sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
