**Chettinad School of Physiotherapy**, a center of excellence in education, clinical training, and research, is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join us as **Dean**. We are committed to advancing the field of physiotherapy through world-class teaching methodologies, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a patient-centered approach.

**Location**: Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, Kelambakkam, Tamil Nadu.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the academic, clinical, research, and administrative functions of the School of Physiotherapy.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to enhance academic reputation and student outcomes.
- Oversee curriculum development in alignment with national and international standards in physiotherapy education.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare institutions and professional bodies.
- Drive recruitment, mentoring, and retention of high-caliber faculty.
- Promote a strong research culture and encourage evidence-based practice.
- Represent the school in academic, regulatory, and professional platforms.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- MPT with Doctorate in Physiotherapy or a related allied health science discipline.
- A minimum of 15 years of teaching/clinical/research/administrative experience in a reputed institution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional development.
- Visionary leadership with a focus on innovation and quality improvement.
- A strong record of publications, funded research, and academic achievements.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
