Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the last mile delivery team and ensure they are meeting delivery targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement efficient delivery processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of the logistics operation.
- Collaborate with other departments such as customer service, sales, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze delivery data and provide regular reports to the management team on delivery performance and improvement opportunities.
- Manage and optimize delivery costs to ensure profitability.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices and implement these where appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in managing last mile delivery operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics software and technology.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
