Job Overview

Lead and manage logistics operations to optimize delivery efficiency, customer experience, and cost-effectiveness. Develop strategies to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and drive process improvements using data analytics and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve delivery efficiency, enhance rider and fleet management, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, warehouse operations, and customer support.
  • Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to optimize last-mile logistics.
  • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and delivery partners to ensure high performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in last-mile operations, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead large teams.
  • Experience in managing logistics partners and 3PL service providers.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in last-mile logistics and technology solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
