Your Responsibilities as a Ui and UX Designer will be to
- Employ user-centered design principles to create intuitive, engaging, and delightful digital

experiences.
- Demonstrate profound expertise in understanding brand identity, visual communication, and digital

design initiatives by employing advanced design processes and methodologies.
- Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions

and identify user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualize and communicate design

concepts.
- Develop visually striking, pixel-perfect UI designs that seamlessly align with the project's branding and

exceed user expectations.
- Craft a top-tier Digital User Experience by creating a distinct Design Identity and streamlining the flow

of Digital User Interactions to surpass the expectations of both external and internal clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to

ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of design systems and pattern libraries, ensuring design

uniformity across projects.
- Stay current with industry trends, and emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually

enhance your skills and foster the team's growth.

Qualifications:

- A robust portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design achievements, encompassing the design of branded

websites and e-commerce platforms.
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude, proficiency in client relations, and a

strong capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Experience working in a design agency or studio is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Design or a related field from a reputed design school/college.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
