**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Intern, you will support our sales team in driving business growth by assisting in client acquisition, lead generation, and property promotions. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn about real estate sales and build a strong career foundation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and property showings.
- Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Handle inbound queries and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- MBA/BBA students or recent graduates (preferably specializing in Marketing/Sales).
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
